A luminous two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is available for rent on Calle Ferrocarril, very close to Mar Bella beach. This beautiful 500m golden-sand beach offers sun loungers, umbrellas, ice cream kiosks, sports facilities and restaurants. It is very popular with young people, students, tourists and also has an area for naturists! This stylish sea-side neighbourhood is a fantastic place to live, and is well-connected by public transport, enabling easy travel to other parts of Barcelona. The 68 sqm interior apartment is exquisitely decorated and fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine, bed linen, air-conditioning, heating and a living area with a television. Rent includes all utilities, and the apartment is located in a modern apartment building with a stunning roof-top swimming pool.
What we liked the most
- Both bedrooms and the living area have large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The apartment overlooks an interior patio rather than the street, making it more silent.
- There is a safe-box to store valuables.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and is furnished with a dining table with four chairs.
- Rent includes all bills, so there will not be any unexpected expenses.
- You will be able to make the most of summer, with access to a swimming pool and only a short walk to the beach!
- The flat is equipped with a modern coffee machine allowing you to get your morning caffeine fix without leaving home.

- Both rooms have two single beds put together to create double beds.
- Smoking is not permitted in this apartment.
