- Energy certificateThe energy certificate has been requested to the landlord.
- Vending service. Food and drink vending machines.
- Management and reception. Customer service hours are from Monday to Friday de 9 a 19 h. There will always be somebody at the residence to help you.
- Cleaning service of the common areas. The room is your responsibility but, if you want, you can optionally hire the weekly cleaning service.
- Maintenance service. From Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm. If something breaks down, call us and we shall solve this as soon as possible.
- Caretaker services. From Monday to Friday from 8 pm to 8 am and at weekends and on holidays 24 hours a day.
- Lending service. Irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and board games. If you leave your ID at reception, we shall lend you these articles; you will not have to bring anything from home and it does not take up room space.

This is a 257 rooms modern residence Hall located in a very central part of Barcelona. All the rooms have their own bathroom, telephone, heating, computer connection with Internet access, television antenna and a satellite receiver. The residence hall also has special rooms for disabled persons.

- There is a common leisure room equipped with TVs, billiards, sofas, and coffee tables where you can get to know your new hall mates!
- The residence hall provides a variety of services including: vending machines, management and reception, and cleaning service of common areas. For full list of services, please check the Additional details section.
- There is a handing lending service where you can rent irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, and board games.
- You can also rent laptops.
- The residence organizes various recreational, sports, cultural and other activities for promoting social life among students and bringing them closer to the university community.

The month you move in and the month you move out, you will only pay for the days that you have booked.
Landlord policies
*Full academic year: a contract will be signed for 10-month contract starting on 01/09/14 and finishing on 31/08/15 with the possibility of a 12-month extension. Full course stays will be given priority.
Prices person/month. Including: accommodation, fixed telephone quota, computer connection with Internet access, TV antenna, use of common areas and VAT (10%).
The only additional expenses are the consumptions as regards water (17.50 €/month, fixed quota), electricity (34 €/month, which amount is regularised at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption of the room) along with the telephone calls, which will be paid for separately.
Registration: You will have to make the registration payment. This amount will be for covering the expenses for advance registration management and processing:
Registration fee: Duration 10-12 months is 385 €. 3 - 9 months, is 256 €, 1 - 2 month is 127 €.
Guarantee deposit: If you are accepted to the residence hall, you will have to pay a guarantee deposit corresponding to two monthly payments. In the case of stays of less than 3 months, the deposit will amount to one monthly payment + 1 month of consumptions.

The Residence Hall is located very near the Drassanes underground station, in the centre of Barcelona, next to the Ramblas; and the Parallel Station. Both metro stations are Green Line 3. Also, several lines that stop nearby (14, 20, 36, 38, 57, 59, 64, 91, 157...).
