This modern and quiet residence accommodates to their residents' needs to perfection: the quiet ambiance provides an ideal space for students to focus on their studies while the various services offered (including repair services and cleaning) takes the stress away from living independently. The residence offers both private and social spaces, allowing tenants to make friends while studying in this vibrant city. Every room is equipped with a private bathroom, small kitchen, telephone line, and heating and air conditioning and tenants can hire extra services as needed. As this residence is smaller than typical dormitories, it offers a quiet and more intimate experience for students and lecturers.
