This third floor, 65m² apartment, has three bedrooms and one bathroom. Located in the quiet, residential neighbourhood of el Clot, it adjoins onto a beautiful park as well as being a short walk to Barcelona's largest shopping mall. The best of both worlds!

What we liked the most

  • The master bedroom is fantastic. Large, modern and with its own balcony overlooking a charming square, it's a perfect place to live.
  • In front of the flat lies a pleasant and tranquil square, which is a great place to relax. This square also adjoins onto the Parc de Clot, so it's a great place to enjoy some greenery while still living in the centre of the city. Glories shopping mall, one of the largest in Barcelona is also a short walk away.
  • All the rooms are recently renovated and come with extras such as ceiling fans and safes.
  • One monthly cleaning is included in the price

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is quite compact, however it connects to a comfortable living room, creating a great social area in the apartment.
  • The bathroom is split into two parts.
