The 30 sqm studio is perfect for 1 or 2 people and has direct key access via the elevator, wood floors, and exposed brick. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a hot plate, mini refrigerator, and small appliances. In the main living space, you will find a flat-screen television, double bed, and small dining table, and the bathroom includes a large, luxurious shower. The view overlooks a charming plaza.
This property has an ideal location in El Born, and you will be able to walk all over Barcelona's centre. This part of the city is diverse and vibrant, with plenty of historic sites, bars, restaurants, and shops. There is easy access to public transport here, and it is a perfecto home base from which to explore the rest of the city.
