This 15 m² studio available to rent inslocated in a building full of studios in the quiet neighborhood of Collblanc. The studio comes furnished with a single bed and standalone wardrobe. There is an equipped kitchen corner and a separate bathroom that has a large and modern shower. The apartment has a large window that faces the street which fills it with plenty of natural light.

The apartment is located in the Collblanc area of the L'Hospitalet de Llobregat district. There is a shopping center with banks, grocery stores, and fast food restaurants just 10 minutes away. The area is also well-connected to the city by bus, tram, and metro.

What we liked the most

  • The studio is cozy but faces the exterior allowing it be constantly filled with natural light.
  • There is a TV mounted on the wall – perfect for movie nights in bed.
  • The apartment has AC and central heating.
  • The bathroom has a large and modern shower.
  • You can reach the Collblanc metro station in just 8 minutes.
