This 25 m² studio available to rent is located in the residential neighborhood of Collblanc in a building full of studio apartments. In the building there is a common laundry room equipped with both washing machines and dryers. The studio comes equipped with AC and a TV, and also comes furnished with a double bed, dining room, and equipped kitchen. The studio faces the street, but has windows that let in light and block out noise.
Collblanc is a residential neighborhood located in the Barcelona suburb of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. This studio is well-connected to the rest of the city by bus, tram, and metro, but to do your daily shopping you won't have to go very far with a shopping center just a 10-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The studio is fully furnished with plenty of storage space, an arm chair, and a TV!
- There is an AC and central heating unit – a nice feature for a studio.
- There is a kitchen fan which will be convenient if you plan to practice your cooking skills.
- The bathroom is spacious for a studio and has a large modern shower.
- Less than 10 minutes away you have the Collblanc metro station and a shopping center with banks, restaurants, and shops.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and dryer are in the building's common laundry room.
- There is no elevator in the building.
