This spacious and stylish studio is available to rent on Carrer de Bailèn. The apartment has a long balcony, with doors to both the living room and bedroom, with a view of the neighbourhood and a spacious living room where you will have a comfy couch, a TV, and a dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal and the bedroom has a large double bed.

The property is located in a central and fashionable area where you will be surrounded by stunning architecture and live only a 30-minute walk from the beach. Many of the city's most famous sights are close by, including Plaça de Catalunya, La Sagrada Familia and Arc de Triomf and the area is well-served by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony is long and has lots of space to enjoy the sun with your friends.
  • There is a washer and a dryer on the property - no need to find a launderette!
