This studio apartment available to rent in El Raval is perfect for an individual or couple. On the 4th floor with big windows, the apartment receives lots of natural light. The main room is well-sized and has a half wall partition separating the bedroom area from the living room. There is a double bed, couch dining table for 4, and small flat-screen television. On a far wall, there is also a fully equipped kitchen.

On Carrer de Torres, you are on the border of the vibrant districts of El Raval and L’Esquerra de l’Eixample. If you are looking to live in a central location, this is it. You have the Universitat de Barcelona a 5-minute walk away and the bustling Plaça de Catalunya and Las Ramblas about 10 minutes away. Living here you will be able to window shop, run errands, and discover Barcelona's cuisine!
