This modern studio apartment with a double bed and 1-bathroom is for rent on Carrer de Sant Josep Oriol in El Raval. The generous 45 m² footprint includes an open-plan kitchen and living area which is well-equipped with modern appliances including a TV and oven as well as a microwave.

The Mercado de La Boqueria and the Mercat de Sant Antoni are both within a 10-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The Maritime Museum, Museu de Cera and Aquarium Barcelona are all within a 25-minute walk as well.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom is modern and well-lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
  • Pompeu Fabra University is within a 15-minute walk, and Universitat de Barcelona is within a 20-minute walk.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
  • There is a standalone wardrobe in the bedroom area.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • There is no elevator leading up to this apartment.
