This 38 m² studio apartment is available for rent in El Raval, Barcelona. The studio has a double bed with under-bed storage and there is also a standalone wardrobe. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery and there is also an electric stove, a microwave, a television, and a small table and chairs. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bathtub, and there is a private terrace with outdoor seating that also has a washing machine and a dryer.

There are lots of cafes and restaurants everywhere you turn here, and there is a supermarket and a flea market too. There is also a gym with a swimming pool just seconds away, so it's never been easier to keep in shape!
