This 50 m² property available to rent in Sants is technically a studio, but has wall partitions that make it feel like a spacious 1-bedroom apartment. The main entrance opens up into the spacious living room with stone walls, 2 couches, a TV, and a desk. To your right, you have the huge bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. To the left of the living room you have the kitchen that is fully equipped and a dining table for 4. The kitchen also leads to a shared patio.

The studio has a stylish and quiet atmosphere but is surrounded by the energy of the Sants district. Right outside your door, you can find cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and a Metro stop. You are also a short walk to the Mercat de Sants and the Rambla de Badal.
