On Carrer de Sants, there is this cozy 45 m² studio apartment for rent. The studio is perfect for 1 or 2 people with 3 separate areas (bedroom, living / dining room, kitchen) and a shared patio. At the center you have a spacious living room with a couch, glass dining table for 4, and a TV. There is a big archway that leads to the bedroom corner with beautiful stone walls, a double bed, and a standalone wardrobe. On the opposite end, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, double sink, and full-size refrigerator.
The studio has a cozy and quiet atmosphere but is surrounded by the energy of the Sants district. Right outside your door, you can find cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and a Metro stop. You are also a short walk to the Mercat de Sants and the Rambla de Badal.
What we liked the most
- We love the stone walls and stylish decor.
- The studio is quite spacious and fully equipped.
- You have a shared patio, great for getting some fresh air.
- There is a Metro stop just 2 minutes away.

- The studio does not receive a lot of natural light.
