The property is exquisitely decorated throughout and has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with a sofa, dining table, and television. There is also a modern bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and 2 sinks.
The apartment is located a chic neighbourhood in the heart of the city centre west, surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. The area is also very well-connected by public transport, with access to trains, buses and U-Bahn within a 10-minute walk of the apartment.
Please note that many apartments in this building are furnished identically, and therefore Spotahome is using the photo set from one rentable unit to represent multiple units in the building. The only notable difference between units in this building are in total area and which floor they are located on.
