This modern 1-bedroom apartment on Pestalozzistraße, in Charlottenburg is beautifully decorated and comes equipped with central heating. The spacious property has a stylish open plan kitchen and living area which will make a fantastic space to relax at the end of the day. The bathroom is nicely tiled and has a washing machine.
This charming neighbourhood in the heart of the city centre west is a fantastic base to explore Berlin. The apartment is surrounded by shops, cafes, museums, and restaurants, giving you plenty to see and do. You will also find good public transport links and a movie theatre nearby.

- The apartment has lovely wooden floors and is decorated with beautiful artworks.
- The living area is furnished with a sofa, dining table, and television.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
