This lovely 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Charlottenburg is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The main entrance opens up into an open corridor that leads to the narrow but open-plan kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table. The bedroom is a bright and spacious room with a sofa bed, that allows you to also you it as a living room.
On Kamminer Straße in Charlottenburg, the apartment is located in an upscale area right next to the Spree River. You have small parks nearby, and areas along the river that are a great place to enjoy the outdoors. There is a U-bahn station 10 minutes away and a bus stop even closer, but there area cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby when you're not in the mood to go very far.
What we liked the most
- We love the bedroom's natural wood flooring.
- There is a large standalone wardrobe.
- You have neighborhood bars and restaurants to choose from.
- The Spree River is nearby if you are a nature lover.
Things to keep in mind
- The rugs and plants seen in the video belong to the current tenant and will not be available.
- The desk chair will be changed by the landlord.
