This 34 m² studio apartment available to rent in Wilmersdorf is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The main room has a large storage unit with plenty of space for your belongings and a pull-down double bed – perfect for having a living room space during the day. The room opens up onto a balcony that fills it with natural light and has a couch, dining table, and television. Around the corner, you have the compact but fully equipped kitchen with an additional breakfast bar.
The studio is in a lovely residential district surrounded by all your basic amenities. On your street, you can find grocery stores, a cinema, and several restaurants. If you enjoy doing exercise outdoors, you also have a park about a 5-minute walk away. With an S-bahn and U-bahn station nearby, you are also very well-connected to the rest of the city.

- The apartment receives a lot of natural light.
- There is dark hardwood flooring – chic.
- We like the small breakfast bar in the kitchen.
