This is a classy and spacious studio apartment for rent just south of Berlin city centre.
The main part of the property is the living and sleeping area, dominated by a beautiful green rug and L-shaped sofa. The living area also has a television, floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, and a small dining table. The sleeping area is at the other end of the living room, with a large double bed and some clothes storage.
Both the kitchen and bathroom are separate from the living and sleeping area, adding a sense of space to the apartment. The kitchen has a modern design and is fully equipped with an oven and stove plus other useful appliances! The bathroom is also nicely decorated with white brickwork and a walk-in shower cubicle.
Böckhstraße is surrounded by bars, cafes and shopping outlets, so you will have plenty of choices to make come evening time!
What we liked the most
- Despite being a studio, this property feels like a spacious apartment.
- There is a large living area and a comfy sofa to relax in - you don't have to sit on your bed in this studio!
- You have all the benefits of a full and classy kitchen.
- The apartment is close to the Metro.
