Located on the 6th floor of a building in Friedrichshain, this studio apartment for rent is spacious with amazing views of Berlin. Upon entering, you have a large room with wood flooring, a double bed, and a wardrobe to your left, and a living room area with a couch, coffee table, and dining table to your right. The main room leads to a compact kitchen, fully equipped including an oven and washing machine.
Friedrichshain is located right next to the central district of Mitte but offers both a lively and residential atmosphere. On Pintschstraße you have plenty of shops, including a 24-hour convenience store right around the corner. The neighborhoods famous Simon-Dach-Strasse is also just a 5-minute walk away, lined with bars and clubs. Be sure to check out the Volkspark Friedrichshain, considered to be Berlin's best park.
