This 145m2, 3-storey apartment for rent has 3 fully furnished bedrooms. On the ground floor, you have the living/dining room, kitchen, sunroom and garden access. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. This is a great home for families and couples!

Woluwe Saint Lambert is a residential area that is filled with a mix of historical buildings and churches and contemporary architecture. The majority of the area is made up of apartment buildings and terraced house. Only 30 minutes from the city centre, this is a great place in which to make a home.

What we liked the most

  • In addition to an extremely spacious living-and-dining room, this apartment has a sunroom and a lush garden.
  • Bedroom 1 is located in the basement and feels like a separate apartment.
  • There is a wooden bar area in the living room for when you have guests over.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
  • The apartment has large windows that fill it with natural light.
