This 50 m², 1-bedroom duplex available to rent in Schaerbeek has wooden floorboards, skylight windows, and a living room covered in windows. The eat-in kitchen flows into the sunny living room providing a bright and open layout. You can choose to enjoy the sun from the couch or step out onto the balcony. There are wooden steps which lead to up to the double bedroom also with a skylight and wooden beams.

The duplex is located outside the city center in Schaerbeek. On Avenue des Rogations, you have a tram stop rigth outside your door which takes you directly to the closest metro. Right around the corner, you also have a street lined with grocery stores, fast food, restauarants, and cafes.

What we liked the most

  • There is central heating, necessary for the winter months.
  • On a windy day, you can still enjoy the sun and its rays from the couch.
  • The open layout makes it easy to entertain guests.
