This bright 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Schaerbeek area of the city. The accommodation comprises a living/kitchen area, a modern bathroom and a double bedroom. There is a little balcony perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and the living area with the open-plan kitchen is great for entertaining.

The location of this apartment couldn't be better, with bus and tram links just a few meters from your front door. In the area itself you'll also find lots to do. The Bibliothèque Thomas Owen is just across the street and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. If you like trying food from different cultures you're in luck - there's everything from Tibetan to Turkish within a few minutes' walk. The fantastic Parc du Cinquantenaire is only a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

The location is fantastic, with loads of things to see and do within walking distance.
The balcony is the perfect place to have your morning coffee.
