This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Rue Léon Mignon in Schaerbeek. The bedroom is upstairs and has twin beds, while the kitchen which has an oven and microwave, living room and bathroom are all downstairs.
There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The large Josaphatpark is also within a half-hour walk, as is the Parc du Cinquantenaire so there is plenty of space to get some exercise.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great space to relax outside of your room, and has a sofa bed as well.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a table and chairs in the kitchen so you can sit down for a home cooked meal.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine or dryer in this apartment.
- The stairs leading up to the bedroom are quite narrow.
