This 45 m² 2-bedroom apartment on Chaussée de la Hulpe, in Watermael Boisfort, has a luminous living area that opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a modern bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is located in a picturesque and calm residential neighbourhood, just minutes from the large Bois de la Cambre park. The Université Libre de Bruxelles is a 25-minute walk away, and you will find shops and restaurants within walking distance.
