This large and luminous 2 bedroom apartment is available to rent in the center of Brussels. Modern and bright, the apartment has wood floors and an open floor plan with a large kitchen, dining, and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a breakfast bar and dining table with space for six people. Floor to ceiling glass doors let in lots of light and lead onto a balcony with a great view of Brussels. There is a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate WC with a toilet. Additional amenities include underground parking (additional charge), a television, and a shared laundry room. Rue de Pelicans is very centrally located and within walking distance to the most charming sights of Brussels and well as shops and restaurants.

- No matter your preferred form of transport, the apartment is convenient. It offers underground parking and easy access to the city's public transportation.
- The fantastic location in the city center makes it easy to explore Brussels and discover all its charm.
- These flats are fully serviced, so you do not need to worry about leaky faucets or broken light bulbs.
