This sunny and modern 1 bedroom apartment in Brussel's city center features wood floors and beautiful furnishings throughout. The spacious open floor plan includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for four, and large living area with a flatscreen television. The adjoining balcony offers a beautiful view of the city. Leading into the bedroom you will find a small office area with a desk, a standalone wardrobe with ample storage space, and a double bed. There is a modern bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower and a separate washroom. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the building's shared laundry room, and underground parking (for additional fee). Rue des Pélican is conveniently located close to public transport and within walking distance of Brussel's most famous attractions and neighborhoods.
What we liked the most
- There is underground parking (for an extra fee) and bus and metro stops close by.
- The apartment includes great amenities like hi speed internet, dishwasher, and washer (in common area).
