A fully furnished, 38 m² studio apartment is available for rent on Rue du Trône in the neighbourhood of Ixelles. This compact but well-equipped studio features a kitchen area with a dining table, electric stove and microwave, and a living space furnished with a double sofa, television and a desk with a chair. The bathroom comes with a modern spa shower and the flat is also equipped with heating, a double bed and a spacious closet to store personal items.

Situated behind a beautiful "maison de maître", a typical house in Brussels, and overlooking a vast and green-filled garden measuring 1000 m², this apartment is in a great location. Brussels-Luxemburg station and the European Parliament are only a 9-minute walk from the flat, and the Universite Libre de Bruxelles is 15 minutes away using public transport.
