This large studio apartment is available for rent on Avenue des Rogations in Schaerbeek. The 40 m² apartment is modern, and has contemporary fittings, including a full kitchen. It is a basement apartment, but has big windows at street level, allowing in plenty of light. The decor is minimalist, with clean lines, and lots of potential for you to put your own personality into the space.
The apartment is in a mostly residential area of Schaerbeek, with streets here filled with attractive apartment buildings. Just a short walk away though is a junction between several roads, where you can find several restaurants and cafes, along with a lot of shopping and other amenities, including a Proxy grocery store.
What we liked the most
- The studio has a key code locking system for extra security.
- There is space to store your bicycle in the laundry room next to the apartment.
- You will have a full kitchen, including an oven and a dishwasher, very rare in a studio!
- The beautiful Parc du Cinquantenaire is a short walk away, and makes a beautiful place to spend a day in the sun.
