This modern 30 m² studio apartment with a double bed and 1-bathroom is for rent on Avenue Chazal in Schaerbeek. The kitchen is separate from the combined living area and bedroom, and has everything you need to cook.
The Josaphatpark is within a 20-minute walk, and is a great space to explore or get some exercise. There is also a supermarket just down the road, and a few other stores within walking distance. The centre of Brussels is also just under 20-minutes away by bus.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Shaerbeek is a quiet suburb, but the apartment is on a busy street.
- The bathroom is small and tidy with a toilet, shower and sink.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a large standalone wardrobe so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a half-sized refrigerator in the kitchen which is suitable for 1-2 people.
- There is no parking at this apartment.
