Being located on the 20th floor, the flat has privileged panoramic views over the city and the marina that can be best enjoyed from the balcony and living area. There is also a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a laundry room.
The apartment is part of the Marina Quays, a complex that offers an array of facilities, including a pool and a cinema. The Dubai Marina area is a fantastic place to live, with several waterfront restaurants serving international food, malls and the beach within walking distance.
