This 42 m2 studio apartment to rent has a comfortable king-sized bed and is ideal for couples. It offers a full kitchen with an oven, 1 bathroom and a living area with a dining table, sofa and television. One of the nicest features of this flat is the balcony offering impressive views of the city and the imposing Burj Khalifa.
This apartment is part of the Burj Al Nujoom complex, equipped with a pool, gymnasium and supermarket. This convenient location in Downtown Dubai is within walking distance of the Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world, and the Burj Khalifa, the tallest skyscraper in the world.
What we liked the most
- You can see the Burj Khalifa from the balcony.
- There is a large built-in wardrobe providing plenty of space to store personal items.
- The comfortable leather sofa has extendable foot rests for extra comfort.
- The television has cable channels.
- There is an electric safe to keep valuables.
Things to keep in mind
- There are construction sites near the apartment, but the good-quality windows isolate most of the noise.
