This 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Real de Cartuja, in San Francisco Javier, has been nicely renovated while maintaining its historical charm. The 60 m² property has an open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table, sofa, and television, as well as 1 nicely tiled bathroom.
The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, close to both the Fuentenueva and Cartuja University campuses. This charming historical area will make an excellent base to explore the city, with shops, restaurants, cafes and cultural attractions within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The modern kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- You will find a dining table for 6, so you can have some friends over for a meal.
- There is a lovely shared courtyard within the apartment building.
- Both bedrooms are equipped with AC units.
- You can walk to the Cathedral of Granada in 16 minutes.
- Being close to the train station will make it easy to explore other regions in Spain.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven in the kitchen, but you will find a microwave and stovetop.
- Bedroom 1 does not have a window.
