This bright studio apartment is for rent on Calle San Matías, in the city centre. With a loft bedroom with a single bed, and a separate private bathroom which can be accessed down the hall. This apartment also has a small kitchen with a microwave and half-sized refrigerator.
The Plaza Isabel La Catolica is only a 5-minute walk away, as is the nearby supermarket and several restaurants and bars. Other cutural attractions within walking distance include the Catedral de Granada, and Cuarto Real de Santo Domingo.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- There is a desk under the loft which is perfect for studying.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet as well as a washing machine.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There are 2 windows to let in plenty of sunlight.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
- The single bed in the loft is only accessible by a ladder.
