There is a 3-bedroom duplex for rent in the residential district of Poplar. On the ground floor, you have a huge eat-in kitchen that comes fully equipped and has plenty of cabinet space. There is also a spacious living room that opens up onto a balcony overlooking the neighboring basketball court. The stairs lead you to all 3 bedrooms, 2 singles and 1 double, and the shower and toilet rooms.
Poplar is an area that attracts many families and is perfect for children with schools and parks in the surrounding area. Although Ricardo Street is residential, you are just 1 minute away from a shopping centre with several grocery stores including an Asian food market, a Poplar Co-op, and an Iceland Foods. There is also a post office, cake shop, and sandwich shop.
What we liked the most
- The balcony keeps the living room bright and fresh.
- There is plenty of storage space in the huge kitchen.
- Bedroom 2 is spacious with a lot of storage.
- You are only 5 minutes away from the closest DLR station.

- Some rooms do not receive a lot of natural light.
