This hip 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Rue François Dauphin is located in Presqu'île. It’s a cozy apartment in a fantastic and central neighborhood. It’s not huge, but it is modern, and there is a mezzanine level with a double bed. There is one bathroom, which has a glass shower cabinet. The kitchen is located in a nook off of the main room. It’s sleek and it comes fully equipped with everything you need. The compact living room has a sofa bed and work space with chairs that can double as a dining table. The main double bedroom has a TV and a window overlooking the living space.
In Presqu'île, you’re just 20 minutes away from city hall and 15 minutes from Rue du Président Edouard Herriot. This is the street where you can shop until you drop. However, all around your new home there are lingerie and clothing boutiques. For entertainment, you can head to a few theaters. Célestins, Theater of Lyon is only 10 minutes from your door. Restaurants and cafés are abundant and there is a Carrefour City supermarket and organic food store within a 5-minute walk.
