This wonderful studio apartment to rent on Rue François Dauphin is compact, but it has a wonderful decor and hip detailing on the walls, especially on the wall behind the double bed. A main window overlook a quiet narrow street. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bar-style dining table and a wall-mounted TV. The modern bathroom has a glass shower cabin, and the washing machine is located here. There is also a mezzanine level with an extra double bed.
Presqu'île is considered to be the heart of Lyon. Old buildings, dating back to the 12th century, are all around you, but there's also plenty of modern architecture. You’ll find posh boutiques close to your new home, as well as chocolate shops and trendy bistros. The Rhône is 3 minutes away. The Saône River is 5 minutes away. Tourists are commonplace on these streets. The information center is just up the street. And whether you want organic or traditional groceries, there are markets within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The studio isn’t spacious, but it has a chic quality to it.
- The mezzanine level bedroom is a major bonus.
- You don’t have to buy anything. It’s furnished and fully equipped.
- You in one of the best neighborhoods in town!
