A beautiful 3-bedroom apartment is for rent in the hart of Madrid, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for housing together. This 60 m² flat is renovated throughout and can house up to six tenants: two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third comes with a bunk bed. The decor is very contemporary and has a skylight, making it very bright.
As for the location, you cannot get more central! Calle Echegaray is right in the heart of Madrid, just around the corner from the Puerta de Sol and within walking distance of Gran Vía and the Paseo del Prado. World-class restaurants, excellent shopping, authentic bars and some of Europe's best cultural attractions are right on your doorstep!

- We love the cosy, contemporary decor.
- With lots of windows and a skylight, this apartment gets lots of light.
- There is AC: a must for summer!
- You are in a fantastic location in the heart of Spain's capital.
