We are extremely proud to present this beautiful one bedroom apartment for rent on Calle Margaritas in Tetuan district. The minute you walk in you'll get the feel of the apartment's space - the rooms are big, sunny and incredibly inviting. And the best part? The apartment is just a few minutes away from several metro stations where you will be able to reach the city centre and visit some of Madrid's most famous landmarks. The Tetuan area is full of locals and other expats who will be happy to show you around the neighborhood. You also have a large supermarket and quite a few bars and restaurants nearby.
What we liked the most
- We really liked the apartment's fully equipped kitchen with a window looking into the living room - perfect when you are having guests and wanting to make some delicious Spanish cuisine!
- The apartment for rent has a lot of storage - the bedroom has a balcony and there is also a terrace available outside of the apartment, perfect for hanging your clothes.
- We enjoyed the apartment's bright colors - each room is beautifully decorated and nothing looks plain.
- The comfort of the apartment is obvious from the minute you first see it as it has a cosy sofa, an even cosier chair and the cosiest bed, perfect for a good night's sleep.
- With all utilities included in the price, you'll have an easy time budgeting for the month.
