A bright, 1-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent in Madrid's Moncloa neighbourhood. This apartment has a large living room which has a window chair - the ideal place to sit and enjoy the extensive views of the large courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen is adjoined to the living area, and it is complete with modern appliances and storage space.
Moncloa is a lively, youthful neighbourhood which is filled with affordable bars, cafés and restaurants. Unlike the very centre of Madrid, Moncloa has a more local vibe, and the apartment is within walking distance of popular neighbourhoods such as Malasaña and Arguelles.
