We love the style of this 1-bedroom apartment, available to rent in Moncloa. The open plan living room / kitchen has a retro look to the furniture, and is decorated with pictures of Charlie Chaplin. The furniture contrasts well with the modern fittings in the kitchen, and the large TV. The bedroom has tons of storage space, and the bathroom is modern, and has a large cabinet for extra storage also.
You will be living in Moncloa, one of the calmer of the central areas of the city, although it still has plenty going on. Nearby you can find the usual cafes, restaurants and bars common to Madrid, as well as several supermarkets, and an El Corte Inglés.
What we liked the most
- Your kitchen is very modern, and is well-designed, with space for both a dishwasher and washing machine, despite its compact size.
- We love the retro styling of the living space, and the posters of Charlie Chaplin.
- You will be living in a desirable area, far enough away from the centre to be a little more peaceful, but close enough that you can walk to the trendy neighbourhood of Malasaña in around 10 minutes.
- There is lots of convenient shopping nearby, including a large El Corte Inglés department store.

- The kitchen in this apartment does not have an oven. However, it does have an electric stove and a microwave.
