You will be living just moments from the Avenida de América metro station and transport interchange, making it very easy to get around Madrid and to the airport. The apartment is within walking distance of the IE Business School and the upscale Salamanca district.

- The property has A/C, a real luxury in summer.
- The bedroom and bathroom are attached.
- We love the jet shower in the bathroom.
- You will be living within walking distance of IE Business School and excellent transport connections.
