In the Atocha district of Madrid, is this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment available to rent. The 90 m² apartment has a lot of personality with different wallpaper designs, unique chandelier light fixtures, and bed linen and curtains. Each bedroom has its own special features and a mixture of bunk beds, single beds, and double beds can sleep up to 6 people. The living room is the perfect common area furnished with a big couch, a dining table, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are 2 bathrooms.
On Calle Delicias, the apartment is in a great central location. You are on a quiet residential street, but are within walking distance to several metro stops, a train station, and the beautiful Retiro Park. In the surrounding streets you have all you basic amenities which include delicious restaurants and grocery stores. You can easily reach the city center and Madrid Río by metro, but it's also a nice stroll for days when you are not in a rush.
