This 45 m² studio apartment available for rent provides a luxury home in the heart of Madrid. The high ceilings, beautiful arches, and big windows make the studio feel bigger. There is an equipped kitchen corner, a well-decorated living room area with a single sofa bed, and a cozy bedroom nook with a double bed.
Located on Calle de la Villa, the studio is near some of the Centro's best areas. For a little glam and greenery, you can stroll over to the Palacio Real gardens or nearby Parque de Atenas. Puerta del Sol is 10 minutes away, where you have great metro connections as well as lots of shopping options.
What we liked the most
- The high ceilings and arches create a truly elegant space.
- The studio is well-decorated and feels very inviting.
- There is a washing machine, not always common in studios.
- You have plenty of space to store clothes with the built-in wardrobes.
- The location is ideal with shops and amenities within walking distance.

- The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
