Located in the residential district of Castilla, this 1-bedroom apartment available to rent provides a well-decorated home in a peaceful area. The 88 m² apartment has a balcony which you can access from both the living room and bedroom. The sunlight, decor, and soft colors all add to creating a relaxing atmosphere. There is a fully equipped kitchen with amazing views and an elegant bathroom.
Calle de Pablo Luna is tucked away allowing you to be near the busy Paseo de la Castellana, but not in the hustle and bustle. With a metro stop about a 5-minute walk away you can easily reach the city center. You are also a short walk away from Plaza de Castilla, which is a beautiful park that also has a cultural center that hosts many events and exhibitions.

- Javier the homechecker loves the view from the kitchen – marvel at Madrid's 4 towers while you cook!
- The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or meal.
- There is AC in the living room and bedroom – a must-have for Madrid summers.
- The living room can easily turn into a guest room with the sofa bed.
- A Real Madrid fan? Jump on the line 10 metro and get to Santiago Bernabeu in just 20 minutes.
