There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds. Both have built-in wardrobes and windows with a view of the street, and bedroom 2 also has its own desk. There is a spacious living room with a sofa, 2 armchairs, and a flat-screen television, as well as an enclosed outside area. The kitchen is bright and has a dining table, an oven, a microwave, and a stove. There is a separate laundry room which has a washing machine and an ironing board. You will also have access to a private gym with several machines.
The local area is residential, meaning you'll have lots peace and quiet. There is, however, a movie theatre and a pharmacy nearby.
