Entering the apartment you find a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room with a sitting area, Andalusian dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is quite spacious and faces the interior courtyard providing a nice view and quite atmosphere.
Lavapiés is a vibrant multicultural neighborhood known for its cool bars and great international cuisines. On Calle Olivar, you are just minutes away from the metro stop and are surrounded by restaurants and bars, and even a vegan grocery store. There is plenty to do within walking distance, but you are also well-connected by metro.

- You are a short metro ride to the Atocha train station and the central Puerta del Sol.
