This 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Felipe III, in Centro has the look and the location. The 60m² property is stylishly furnished throughout and has an equipped kitchen, tidy bathroom, and a spacious living room. The bright living room even opens out onto a classic standing balcony overlooking the street.
The apartment is located in Centro, and as the name suggests this barrio is as central as it gets. Here you will be right in the middle of all the action, with bars, restaurants, cafes, museums, and some of Madrid's most iconic spots right at your feet.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is nice and bright and opens out onto the balcony.
- The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
- There is a large sofa, a coffee table and a small dining table in the living room.
- There is plenty of bench space to cook in the fully equipped kitchen.
- The apartment gets lots of natural light.
- The bathroom is tiled and has a shower over bath tub.
