This sunny 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment is located on Calle de la Paloma, in vibrant La Latina. This 110 m² apartment features a beautiful open-plan kitchen and living room, with balcony access which makes it the perfect place to relax with your flatmates. Each bedroom has its own modern en-suite bathroom, and there is plenty of storage throughout.
This apartment is well located with food, attractions and stores nearby. Just around the corner on Calle Calatrava, you will find plenty of great restaurants and bars. The Mercado de la Cebada market is only a 5-minute walk away, as is the San Francisco el Grande Basilica.
What we liked the most
- There is a large wardrobe in each bedroom.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid campus is only a 5-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There is heating in this apartment, but no AC.
