The property has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area which is furnished with a comfy couch, a coffee table and a dining table and the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook. Living here you will also have a balcony with room for 2 people with a peaceful view of the interior patio, perfect for sunny afternoons.
Lavapiés is one of the city's most popular areas and is very central located. The streets are charmingly narrow and home to lots of friendly shops and restaurants serving food from all around the world. The city center is only a short walk from the property and other popular areas like the trendy Malasaña, welcoming Chueca and relaxing Retiro are also nearby.
