This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in a residential complex in Cuatro Caminos is sunny and well-designed space. The main room doubles as the bedroom and living room, but has plenty of storage space with multiple wardrobes and shelving units. The apartment has exterior views which allow for plenty of natural light. The kitchen is another spacious area with lots of cupboard space, as well as a connected dining area.
Calle Enrique I is a small residential street, but with plenty of amenities within walking distance. Just a few minutes' walk away is Calle de Bravo Murillo, a commercial street lined with grocery stores, banks, outlets, and even sports clothing shops. In the opposite direction you also have several small parks and green areas. To get around town you have several metro stops.
What we liked the most
- Stay cool in summer with the AC unit, or warm up in winter with the fireplace.
- There is an additional single bed, great for guests or to use as a couch.
- There is an Smart TV with access to series and sports.
- The bathroom is small but modern.
- The university area and Moncloa are in walking distance.
